Donations are made through third-party platforms — PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle — and are subject to those providers' own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review before donating.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your questions, comments, or requests;
• Process and follow up on volunteer applications;
• Maintain internal records of our supporters, partners, and volunteers; and
• Communicate with you about the Foundation's programs, provided you have contacted us or applied to volunteer with us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our contact and volunteer forms are processed using Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that transmits your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes this data on our behalf and maintains its own privacy and security practices. Donation payments are processed entirely by PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle — the Foundation does not receive or store your card, bank, or account credentials.

Cookies and Tracking

As of this policy's last update, the Site does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). Some underlying website functionality (such as menus and image sliders) may use your browser's local storage purely to support that functionality, not to track you across other websites.

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, process your volunteer application, or maintain records of our relationship with donors, partners, and volunteers, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us at any time by emailing info@revdrkarlajcooperfoundation.org. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

International Visitors

The Foundation operates as a registered NGO of Ghana with an administrative office in Nebraska, USA. If you are visiting the Site from outside Ghana or the United States, please be aware that information you provide may be processed in either country.
